Nunchucks: What They Are Used For

Also known as "rangaku", defense is an important part of any martial art, and nunchucks are very efficient for this purpose. Those who are trained for this use are known to have very high reflexes, making them proficient with any weapon.

  • Sport 

There are many competitive sports games that use nunchucks. The most popular game is probably "nunchaku'', where two people face off against each other in an arena. The winner is decided by simply knocking the other person out of the ring by using strikes and blocks with their nunchaku in a short amount of time. This game is considered one of the most effective ways to train any martial art
